Hey there! My name is Michael and I'm a UX/UI Designer based in NYC with about 3 years of experience crafting cross-platform experiences. I graduated from CUNY Lehman College with a Bachelors of Arts in Art, specializing in design, and gained a UX/UI Design certificate from Designlab.
As a designer, I specialize in conducting user research and usability tests, creating high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes, and building scalable design systems in Figma for B2C/B2B web and mobile products. My background in customer service and my love for art and design led me to discover what UX design was and I've been stuck ever since!
